You are responsible for ensuring that CAD files, drawings, specifications, standards, materials, tolerances, and revision information you provide are accurate and complete. Hengsol may provide design for manufacturability feedback, but you remain responsible for final product design, intended use, regulatory compliance, and fit-for-purpose requirements.

6. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

You retain ownership of drawings, CAD files, and project information you provide. Hengsol uses this information only to evaluate, quote, manufacture, inspect, communicate about, and deliver your project. We do not knowingly share confidential project information with unrelated third parties except where needed for production, finishing, inspection, logistics, legal compliance, or service providers supporting our work.

7. Payment, Lead Time, and Delivery

Payment terms, production lead times, shipping methods, packaging, and trade terms are confirmed in the applicable quotation, invoice, purchase order, or written agreement. Lead times are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise and may be affected by drawing changes, material availability, inspection requirements, payment timing, customs processes, or logistics conditions.

8. Inspection, Tolerances, and Acceptance

Inspection scope and acceptance criteria are based on the agreed drawings, tolerances, standards, and written requirements. If no special requirements are agreed, Hengsol will follow standard manufacturing and inspection practices appropriate for the process and material. Any claim related to quantity, visible damage, or nonconformance should be raised promptly with supporting photos, reports, and project references.

9. Cancellations, Changes, and Returns

Changes or cancellations after order confirmation may result in additional cost or schedule impact, especially after materials have been purchased, programming has started, tooling has been prepared, production has begun, finishing has been arranged, or shipment has been booked. Custom manufactured parts are generally not returnable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
